The quoted price is the price you can expect to pay.

Tideframe Studio does not add hidden service charges or surprise fees.

If your project changes, any additional costs will always be discussed and approved before they are added.

Selective 8K Capture

Up to 10 cumulative minutes: $100
Up to 20 cumulative minutes: $200
Up to 30 cumulative minutes: $300

Required: 2 TB Customer Delivery Media — $379, shown as a separate item.

Selective capture is not uninterrupted 8K recording. Tideframe chooses suitable settings for heat, storage, battery, recording limits, and production needs; remaining footage is commonly captured in 4K or another suitable format. Longer work requires a custom production review. Multi-terabyte original footage is delivered on Customer Delivery Media, not through the online portal.

Cancellation and deposit review

A 20% deposit is required to financially confirm an approved appointment. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is eligible for a refund of the deposit. A replacement appointment requires a new deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are reviewed individually by Tideframe Studio.

Deposits associated with a no-show are held pending contact and review. Tideframe Studio may approve a refund, reschedule, or another arrangement after communicating with the client.

The remaining balance may be paid early after the appointment deposit is received and is due no later than the start of the scheduled session, before coverage begins.
