Payment operations
A verified 20% deposit financially confirms an approved appointment. The remaining balance may be paid early and is due no later than session start before coverage begins. Approved online, cash, or external card-terminal payments are recorded through WooCommerce; Tideframe does not store card details.
Refund eligibility or approval does not mean funds have already been returned. Late cancellations and no-shows receive individual review, weather rescheduling remains free, and a Tideframe cancellation allows a complimentary reschedule or approved full-refund workflow.
Tideframe Studio does not add hidden fees. Changed scope or cost is discussed before approval, and a Courtesy Adjustment may reduce pricing. A dispute, reversal, refund, or discrepancy may pause delivery while reviewed. Contact Tideframe Studio for payment support.
