Introductory pricing is available for Tideframe Studio’s first 10 completed projects. Availability, final scope, and scheduling are confirmed after an inquiry; submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.

All usable final images from the booked coverage will be professionally selected, color-corrected, edited, and delivered through Your Tideframe Project. Tideframe Studio does not guarantee an exact image count. The final gallery includes all photographs that meet the studio’s technical and creative standards. Approximately 25–60 finished photographs. Add one hour of videography coverage to your photography session. Each selected hour extends the reserved appointment duration and allows Tideframe Studio to capture both professional photographs and video during the session. Tideframe Studio currently operates with one primary photographer/videographer, so photography and video coverage are shared throughout the reserved session rather than captured simultaneously at every moment. Video may be captured in 4K or 8K based on the project and the recording preference confirmed with Tideframe Studio at the session. A streaming-ready 1080p version is included at no extra charge for convenient online sharing. Smooth 8K playback and editing may require newer or specialized hardware, compatible software, and high-performance storage.

Expedited Photography Delivery

Expedited Videography Delivery
Receive the finished video through your Tideframe account within 2 calendar days after the session instead of the standard target of within 5 business days. The expedited-delivery period begins after the session ends. Creative selection, editing, pacing, framing, and presentation remain Tideframe Studio’s artistic decisions. Customer input may be considered, but no formal revision round is included.

Original Session Files — Digital Download
Receive technically usable original photography and/or video session files selected for digital delivery through your Tideframe account. Finished deliverables remain separate. Corrupt, accidental, test, duplicate, unusable, incomplete, project, timeline, cache, proxy, LUT, and proprietary working files are excluded. Resolution and size depend on the recording format confirmed for the session; compatible software and substantial storage may be required, especially for high-resolution video. Technically usable 4K or 8K source files may be included when actually recorded and selected for delivery.

Honest Pricing Promise
The quoted price is the price you can expect to pay.
Tideframe Studio does not add hidden service charges or surprise fees.
If your project changes, any additional costs will always be discussed and approved before they are added.
Selective 8K Capture
- Up to 10 cumulative minutes: $100
- Up to 20 cumulative minutes: $200
- Up to 30 cumulative minutes: $300
Required: 2 TB Customer Delivery Media — $379, shown as a separate item.
Selective capture is not uninterrupted 8K recording. Tideframe chooses suitable settings for heat, storage, battery, recording limits, and production needs; remaining footage is commonly captured in 4K or another suitable format. Longer work requires a custom production review. Multi-terabyte original footage is delivered on Customer Delivery Media, not through the online portal.
Cancellation and deposit review
A 20% deposit is required to financially confirm an approved appointment. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is eligible for a refund of the deposit. A replacement appointment requires a new deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are reviewed individually by Tideframe Studio.
Deposits associated with a no-show are held pending contact and review. Tideframe Studio may approve a refund, reschedule, or another arrangement after communicating with the client.
The remaining balance may be paid early after the appointment deposit is received and is due no later than the start of the scheduled session, before coverage begins.
Customer Delivery Media returns
Eligible Customer Delivery Media may be returned for a refund equal to 95% of its original media price after Tideframe Studio confirms the serial number and verifies that the device is complete and functional. The client is responsible for return postage. Returns must be arranged with Tideframe Studio in advance.
Local return is by arrangement only. Do not leave equipment unattended. Contact Tideframe Studio through your project to arrange a return; no private residential address is published.
A returned SSD is inspected, securely erased, reformatted, and health-verified outside WordPress before reuse. Defective devices follow a separate manual warranty and defect review.
Payment operations
A verified 20% deposit financially confirms an approved appointment. The remaining balance may be paid early and is due no later than session start before coverage begins. Approved online, cash, or external card-terminal payments are recorded through WooCommerce; Tideframe does not store card details.
Refund eligibility or approval does not mean funds have already been returned. Late cancellations and no-shows receive individual review, weather rescheduling remains free, and a Tideframe cancellation allows a complimentary reschedule or approved full-refund workflow.
Tideframe Studio does not add hidden fees. Changed scope or cost is discussed before approval, and a Courtesy Adjustment may reduce pricing. A dispute, reversal, refund, or discrepancy may pause delivery while reviewed. Contact Tideframe Studio for payment support.
